Records as you drive
When paired to a compatible camera, Nexar starts recording automatically, whenever you start driving, and streams video to the app. The app works in the background, so you can use other apps while driving.
Detects dangerous incidents
Nexar uses AI algorithms and sensors to automatically capture dangerous incidents like hard brakes, sharp turns, and harsh accelerations.
Protects your car even when parked
Nexar senses impact and starts recording, even when your car is parked. Watch parking incidents when your phone connects to your dash cam.
Provides instant evidence
In case of an accident, the footage is automatically displayed on the Nexar app, and can also be accessed directly from the dash cam’s SD card.
Backs up to the cloud
All driving incidents and clips that you are creating are automatically uploaded to your private unlimited Nexar cloud account.
View & share your videos
After every drive, you'll be able to see its summary, including the route and any incident clips that were recorded. Share these clips and other data with friends, family, or your insurance provider, directly through the app.

5 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
Nexar saves what matters most. Your drives are saved to your phone based on available space. Dangerous incidents are automatically uploaded to your Nexar cloud, where they are never erased.
Nexar lets you control how much storage the app uses.
The dash cam connects to the app using its own WiFi signal. You'll still be able to use your data plan.
Nexar won't drain your data plan. The app uses data only after an incident was detected, to back up important evidence to your Nexar cloud account.
You own your data. We never share any individual's data unless they authorize it.

No longer working!
After the upgrade to iOS 18, it stopped finding my Nexar Beam cam. Now I don’t even know if it is capturing video anymore.

No sms message to Mexico to activate nexar app
Used to work fine… Nexar stopped supporting my camera in Mexico, where I have had service from them when I bought. Nexar refused any further help and instructed me to use my NEC-1 camera as a stand alone one without offering or providing any solution to update the firmware or even set the correct date on the videos. It is just offensive to me, that bought three cameras. After much advertisement to be the best, very disappointed. Very. Not a serious company to me and with my natural prophecy. If you keep this pace, you will be broke soon

Les aconsejo que no pierdan su tiempo en descargar esta app, la descargue hace una semana y jamás llego el sms de confirmación para registrarse.

Excelente aplicación pero...
La aplicación funciona excelente, detecta frenados Fuertes y los 20 segundos antes y después del suceso se graban en HD, incluso si tocas la pantalla con dos dedos se graba el interior (20 antes y 20 después en HD)... El único pero es que no detecta las placas aún en México, esperamos con ansias esa actualización.
