DDx Expert System
Synt® is a Diagnostic Artificial Intelligence (AI) application. A rules-based expert system for Clinical Diagnosis. The logic of algorithms and the medical knowledge have been manually encoded. Every bit of data has been meticulously structured and programmed. The diagnostic logic is clear and transparent (no blackbox). Synt® does not rely on Machine Learning (ML) at this time.
More specifically, Synt® is an Intelligence Augmentation (IA) application.
Data: from Static Text to Dynamic Flowsheet
Synt® is a breakthrough, it changes access to a wealth of medical knowledge from the static isolated text (book, document) to a connected, custom dynamic flowsheet (software, flowchart).
It allows users to compare, side-by-side, all disease information at the deepest granular level (ad lib), including S&S, Labs, Tests, parameters, equations, scores, etc.
The user controls the panels, selects Diseases, changes views, and in the DDx+™ Tool can highlight patient-specific findings for visual efficiency.

Synt® is structured 'Big Data', organized, classified, accurate, synthesized.
The largest virtual medical information matrix (flowsheet) ever developed, >1.6 million cells (~800 diseases in the columns & >2200 S&S, Labs, Tests, parameters, eqs, scores in the rows). Cells are populated when pertinent to indicate expected findings.
Content, Function & UX/UI
Synt® incorporates a wealth of synthesized info & knowledge on Diseases & Problems. Data Point cells include links to disease info, pearls, definitions, dynamic tables, classifications, nl values, converters (SI), Stats, Se, Sp, etc.
Synt® functionality is highly versatile, it offers multiple views of data (search, filters, selections by Dz or SLT, processing, customization, etc.).
